The first of its kind
Rishabh Software also provides engineering design services. As a part of this initiative, Rishabh has started a Plant Design Solution (PDS) center catering to EPC’s requirements of trained manpower and engineering services. This center is the first of its kind in India.
Services include:

Training
- Providing in house training in PDS-3D / PDS-2D.
- Providing on site training in PDS-3D / PDS-2D.

Staffing
- Selecting candidates for offshore employment on client’s behalf.
- Deputing of skilled manpower for modeling in PDS-3D environment.

Engineering
- Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) using PDS-2D / Smart Plant 2D
- Preparation of piping layouts using Intergraph-PDS-3D.
- Preparation of 2D GA drawings after extraction.
- Modeling of equipments.
- Modeling of civil structure using frameworks.
- Building of 3D plant model from available 2D piping drawings
- Converting available 2D piping drawings after verification at site to PDS-3D so as to make as-built model to use for further engineering.
- Updating of PDS models.
- As-built documentation.
- Making 3D- Model more intelligent by adding various data to various equipments, valves, gauges, etc…
- Updating modifications in plant so as to keep the model in as-built condition always.
